Testimonials

  • “When I hired Seanne to help bridge a large gap in our service delivery (re: 26 units) at the hospital, I thought for sure it was a stretch for anyone. I was looking for just the right person and colleagues told me they knew just the person I was describing. Enter Seanne! She immediately built key relationships in our critical care units, started educating our medical residents in training on how best to refer to speech pathology. In under a year, we were getting timely referrals and best yet, great conversation on how best to care for some of the sickest patients in the hospital.

Seanne fosters trust, kindness and relationship building. No matter if you’re a patient, colleague or supervisor, she supports your goals and gets to work on helping you achieve them. We need more Seanne’s in the world…Unsung professionals who hold you up while you grow.”

  • I only have great things to say about my time working with Seanne. I feel so much more confident when I’m speaking English. I find that the time span between thinking & saying what I want has gotten shorter. I remember before I worked with Seanne, some sounds I knew but didn’t feel confident when I was using them but now I catch myself saying them confidently because Seanne taught me how to make the sounds & when to use them. As a telemarketer I am used to people hanging up on me, but now I notice that people don’t say “I can’t understand you” & hang up instead they say “I’m not interested” & hang up. Even though they still hang up, I feel better because I know it’s not because they don’t understand me when I’m speaking English.”

  • The course didn’t meet my expectations, it was actually more than I expected. I told a lot of people about what I was learning. Seanne taught me about sounds & concepts that I was not even aware of and I have been speaking English for many years! Some of the sounds were harder than others & I got frustrated sometimes. Seanne was patient with me and encouraged me to keep trying. She told me exactly how to make the sounds. One of the many things that I learned from Seanne that made a big difference in my life was how to make people understand me when I say “can” or “can’t”. I used to get very frustrated when people asked me to repeat or say “did you mean that you can or can not?”. Now I know how to say them & people don’t question me any more.”
